- 80g almond meal
- 60g lite mozzarella cheese shredded
- 90ml coconut cream
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2tsp garlic powder
- salt to tast
Combine all ingredients to create a batter
Add spoonfuls onto a lightly oiled pan and fry until the bottom is browned and crispy. Flip to cook both sides.
Serve as an accompaniment with curry and rice
Optional: brush top with garlic butter
